Compensation: $20.00 to $25.00 hourly
If you are a motivated Medical Billing Specialist with strong technical skills and an attention to detail, Accountemps has an opening for you. Your responsibilities
– Assure quality and consistency of data by partnering with other operational teams
– Take control of billing and reimbursement for set patient accounts
– Send notice of money owed to insurance companies and patients
Job Requirements:
– Microsoft Office knowledge required
– Excellent oral and written communication skills
– Prefer 2 years experience in medical billing or within the revenue cycle
– navigating basic office equipment and protocols experience
– Previous experience working with an electronic medical system required
– High school diploma or equivalent required
– Proven knowledge of explanation of benefits (EOBs)
– Excellent data entry skills
