Director of Administration

Law firm located in Downtown Los Angeles is seeking a Director of Administration role to support their Downtown Los Angeles and Woodland Hills office locations. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: direct management of support staff, including recruitment, training, employee relations, performance and salary reviews, discipline, and termination; manage the onboarding and integration process for attorneys and staff; and serve as the building management liaison and represent the firm at tenant meetings and oversee emergency preparedness. Successful candidate will have at least five years of management experience in a law firm or professional services firm.
