Position is primarily responsible for writing funding requests to public and private funding agencies to support the various services provided by non-profit agency.
Must have excellent writing and editing skills and ability to manage multiple writing projects at the same time.
Position is responsible for writing letters of intent, drafting/requesting letters of support, writing application narrative sections, and application editing work.
Person must be an excellent team player, detail oriented, possess great writing and organization skills, and be familiar with community-based health services.
Qualified candidates will be proficient MS Word, Excel and Outlook.
Person will at minimum have a bachelor’s level degree in a health-related field or at least 1 year experience as a grant writer.
