Sales Director of e-Bike and e-Moped

Looking for an experienced and high-energy Sales Director for Segway e-Bike and e-Moped business.

The primary function of this role is to accelerate the growth of sales.

Primary duties include generating and submitting RFPs and related sales documents, collaborating with the senior team to set revenue goals and company strategy and implementing a sales plan to drive revenue growth, and attending key events to generate leads.

 The successful candidate will be energetic, persuasive, and well organized, and able to demonstrate the ability to sell.

Define and execute appropriate sales strategies; business development, technical, ad operations, and sales support programs to maximize sales and profitability.

A Director of Sales is responsible for managing all the sales efforts of the sales department.

They execute strategic plans, motivate their sales team to meet sales goals, and ensure the company provides exceptional customer service to existing and potential clients.

EDUCATION:

Bachelor’s degree or above, major in Business or a related field.

Master’s degree preferred
EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENT:

At least 5 to 10 years of sales experience in an executive-level position such as a Sales Director in the field of consumer moped, motorcycle industry, and technology.

These professionals may have gained relevant training and knowledge of the field during their degrees.

Any relevant experience in a leadership or managerial position is helpful.

 RESPONSIBILITIES:
Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets for Segway e-Bike and E-moped business.

Create and communicate sales goals and ensure C-level executives are informed on the progress of those goals.

Build and maintain long-lasting, strong relationships with customers while partnering with them to better understand their business objectives and needs.

Understand industry-specific trends and landscapes.

Effectively communicate value propositions through presentations and proposals.

Report on forces that shift strategic directions of accounts and tactical budgets.

Excellent written and verbal communications skills Proven ability to drive the sales process from start to finish Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation skills Proven ability to articulate the distinct aspects of services and products Knowledge of how to develop client-focused, differentiated, and achievable solutions Understanding of how to position products against competitors  A creative, detail-oriented person who can juggle multiple tasks.

Self-motivated, team player with a can-do attitude, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Must be detail-oriented with a high standard for quality.

Computer savvy with knowledge of MS Word, PowerPoint, etc.
