Paid Media Manager

Fast growing LA based e-commerce home company is looking for a Paid Media Manager to execute across customer acquisition channels.

A strong action orientation, data driven mindset, and DTC experience is preferred.

Facebook ads experience is the most important but this person will also be running Google and Pinterest, as well as possibly leading expansion into other areas.

Must be very data-driven, understand paid media and customer acquisition well, and be excited about working for a startup.

Paid Media Manager

The Paid Media Manager will manage, optimize, and scale customer acquisition channels.

They will be responsible for analyzing marketing data, optimizing campaign performance, and allocating budgets.

Directly reporting to the Director of Marketing, this is a unique opportunity to grow with a new brand and take on a large amount of responsibility from day one.

What you’ll do

Guide the acquisition strategy

Contribute insights on business and macro media trends that will affect monthly/quarterly performance Compile best practices to improve overall acquisition strategy Build the research for evaluation of new user acquisition/growth channels Manage paid media campaigns Define weekly campaign priorities and structures to most efficiently acquire customers Determine weekly marketing budgets and allocate across campaigns, with a focus on Facebook, Google, and Pinterest to start Coordinate with design team to generate new creative assets Determine optimization opportunities Analyze performance data to identify optimization opportunities and reduce customer acquisition cost Build and maintain dashboards to measure campaign performance and spot issues Set-up and measure A/B tests to optimize campaign structure, creative/copy, and buy flow

What we are looking for:
2-4 years of experience managing paid media , especially on Facebook, Google, and Pinterest Data-driven and highly analytical Ability to manage multiple moving pieces Strong time management and prioritization skills Adaptable to new social platforms and advertising technologies Thoughtful and self-reflective, willingness to learn Team-player, hard-working, organized, and goal-oriented Excitement for startups and building from the ground up
