Our client, a music company located in West LA, is looking for an Operations Manager to support the office of roughly 100 employees. This is a hybrid position that will encompass Human Resources, Operations, Office Management and Facilities. The last person who was in this role was with the firm for 17 years! We are looking for someone who is empathetic and has at least five year of progressive operations experience. As the Operations Manager you will be responsible for a variety of tasks that include but are not limited to: handling employee relations, budgeting, ordering office supplies, manage vendor relationships, on-boarding and off-boarding of new employees and many other tasks. The ideal candidate will have experience running a large multi-floor office in a high-rise setting. Building facilities management will also fall under your responsibilities. This is an on-site position and the salary range is $90-$120K plus excellent benefits.

How you will make an impact

– Help Management in managing budget for office related items and staff

– Take part in developing and revising office policies and procedure for improved workflow

– Review and make improvements to office production

– Lead overall office administration

– Preside over all manner of office related tasks: handle copy services, word processing, mail and distribution services, office reception, office equipment, utility services and communication systems

Job Requirements:
– Proven knowledge of supervising

– Human Resources (HR) Administration experience desired

– Well-founded grasp of ordering office supplies and equipment

– Operations experience required

– Corporate Recruiting experience

– Experience with back office support

– Deep understanding of employee relations

– Job related experience

– Need past experience in a supervisory role
