Quality-focused health care organization that is dedicated to improving the well-being of their patients is searching for three Bilingual Front Office Medical Assistants for their vaccination clinics.
The Medical Assistant will be required to travel to different clinics, located on high school campuses for patient registration. Candidates must have strong Front Office skills.

Shift: Tuesday – Saturday / 8:00AM – 3:00PM
Job Requirements and Duties:
- 1 year Front Office Medical Assistant experience in a Hospital or Clinical setting
- Ability to work at 3 locations in Los Angeles and Panorama City
- Bilingual: English / Spanish is required
- Certifications: Medical Assistant and CPR certificates are required
- Proficient with EMR systems
Duties:
- Greet and check in patients
- Acts as liaison between provider and patient
- Assist patients with questions
- Utilize EMR system to document patient information
