Must be local to the Downtown Los Angeles office, as the role will return to the office later in the year, however you will still have 1-2 remote days per week.
$26.00 per hour.
Major Purpose:
The Administrative Assistant II performs a wide range of administrative duties on a national scale.
Reports to the Senior Office Manager and receives guidance, mentoring and training from senior colleagues.
The Administrative Assistant is required to have experience in the use of Microsoft applications.
Operational tasks include preparing correspondence and reports; records maintenance; gathering and preparing materials for use in presentations; scheduling meetings, training’s and other industry events as requested.
Job Functions:
The following list provides examples of the most (but not limited to) general functions for the position.
Perform required administrative duties on a national scale.
Prepare and organize correspondence, materials, and presentations, etc.
Produce reports as requested.
Assist in the logistical coordination of meetings, on/offsite, luncheons and local office events.
Manage and organize Outlook Calendar(s).
Perform administrator training tasks as required by Training Group, including on location logistical support.
Arrange and/or assist with travel as requested.
Order and maintain office and break room supplies with approval from Manager.
Onsite liaison for new hire on-boarding, and local and corporate property management.
Process and accurately distribute incoming/outgoing mail.
Assist with special projects as requested.
Education/Experience Requirements:
High school diploma and at minimum two years of related administrative experience.
Good organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills are required.
Knowledge in Microsoft Office 365.
Ability to work with sensitive and confidential information.
Must be flexible with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Rudimentary critical thinking, research, and quantitative skills.
