One of our clients in Los Angeles area is looking for a Title Planning Associate (TPA) Project Manager – Content / Post Production
TITLE ASSOCIATE CONTENT:
PM experience in content. Experience with content operations in any other streaming services. 2-3years experience at minimum in this. Experience in Content Mgmt. Must have a degree of Project Management and/or Product management experience. Post production exp. is helpful but not needed in this role. Must have time to text experience, asset experience and content availability & rights experience. On a daily will be working in the capacity of a PM
TITLE ASSOC. POST PRODUCTION:
This side handles post production. Will create work flows, SOP’s, within territories(APAC, EMEA,LATAM) will be working with the international teams- so must be flexible with meeting schedules. Must have post prod supervisor experience, vendor experience, and have a technical acumen. Must also have audio/video , Dolby skill/, Experience working within studios. streaming or DI facility (Digital Intermediate). Will also be creating SOP’s where they do not exist. Will be working with smaller production that is not backed by larger studios so will need to guide how to deliver content. Must have worked from delivery, creation ,mastery , output.
Responsibilities:
Create and manage detailed title-level plans with milestones and ensure all delivery milestones are met and handoffs are successful as the title moves through the supply chain
Assess. Communicate, and mitigate risk, utilizing contingency plans as necessary. Manage issue resolution
Collaborate with Global Content Operations, Programming, Post Production, Studio Operations, Marketing, and Media Delivery to establish delivery timelines and ensure that title can launch as expected, when expected
Communicate both detailed and high-level progress to stakeholders at large, including executives
Create and maintain documentation, including project plans, templates, and executive summaries.

Requirements:
3 years project management experience in digital/entertainment
Familiarity with content asset types and production distribution lifecycles
Ability to operate effectively in ambiguity and a willingness to pivot as needed
