Working closely with the Director of Account Operations, you will be responsible for serving as the liaison between the client and account creative teams. Responsibilities – advise and educate clients on campaign development – build relationships with clients across all levels to support the development of informed strategies – act as client voice to internal teams as strategy and creative are being developed – access and develop strategies to address client needs, manage expectations and resolve issues The ideal candidate will have agency experience specifically working on healthcare government-related accounts a huge bonus!
