The Management and Organization (MOR) Department at the USC-Marshall School of Business is seeking to hire two non-tenure-track instructors, who have experience in teaching organizational behavior and corporate strategy at both the undergraduate and graduate levels.

The individual should have subject-matter expertise in business as reflected in education, experience, and/or research publications/case writing.

Displayed capability in teaching negotiations, consulting, and leadership topics are is especially welcome.

The teaching load is typically six courses per year.

This is an Open Rank listing and hiring rank depends on qualifications.

Possible ranks include Lecturer, Assistant Professor, Associate Professor, and Full Professor of Clinical Management and Organization.

The MOR department is involved in the study of organizational behavior and strategic management; our 24 tenured/tenure-track faculty members, 10 clinical faculty, and two lecturers have backgrounds in organizational behavior, psychology, sociology, economics, and general management.

Minimum qualifications: Ph.D./DBA degree in an appropriate area of study.

Teaching experience at the college/university level.
