WHAT YOU’LL GET TO DO:
Take a leadership role in the strategy, development and growth of our global life sciences practice
Grow our life sciences practice by leading strategic business development and solution sales efforts to improve outcomes for life sciences clients ($5+M annual revenue with responsibility for profitability).
Develop, broaden and deepen Point B’s partnership with a portfolio of customers.
Leverage your life sciences subject matter expertise to serve as an external and internal facing subject-matter expert.
Contribute to the development of Life Sciences service offerings and thought leadership
Lead and advise client engagements within the life sciences industry across our markets (up to 80% travel)
Support the development of our people as a key leader in our health and life sciences practice

WHAT WE EXPECT YOU’VE ALREADY DONE:
Proven yourself as a life sciences industry leader, for a minimum of ten years
Applied expertise in large Pharmaceutical companies at various stages in the product lifecycle
– R&D, pre-commercial, commercial acceleration
Breadth of business experience in a regulated, scientific environment including working knowledge of: R&D, sales/marketing, supply chain, manufacturing, operations, and technology
Depth of experience in at least two of the following areas: regulatory market feasibility, commercial readiness, product launch, market access, commercial technologies, supply management, manufacturing, or inspection readiness
Demonstrated results working with senior executives and scientific leaders to drive key people, business, or technology initiatives
Demonstrated experience in solution sales and growth of a book of business
Existing relationships at a Point B, Inc strategic customer/target, with a focus on Director and SVP relationships or higher
Proven ability to design and sell solution-oriented engagements, including developing pricing models
Profit/loss responsibility for a large customer Working knowledge of key regulatory requirements and agencies
Earned a B.A.
or B.S.
degree and preferably an MBA
