We are seeking a dynamic and team oriented Consultant to join our team.
Consultant will work with clients and team members to orchestrate and build the architecture and implementation programs for workforce, knowledge management, and process improvements initiatives.
Ideal candidates are highly competent results-driven individuals who possess exceptional leadership qualities, outstanding project management skills, and have demonstrated proven implementation abilities that create the actual change required in organizations.
Significant scope of responsibilities includes project management, presentation, team motivation, and conceptual design.
Consultant will participate in business assessments, analysis, and optimization efforts as well as procedure and training development.
Qualifications
Ability to work with clients to clearly identify and define the organization’s key functions down to the process level Ability to work with clients to guide them in the development and definition of both business processes and technical process Excellent written skills and the ability to dissect and define complex process in terms that the organization can clearly understand and utilize Ability to develop audit protocols around the organizations goals and objectives and evaluate performance against those goals and objectives Good understanding and the ability to facilitate an organization in the development and implementation of a continuous improvement program The ability to dissect an organization goals and objectives and identify the key metrics that will provide information to all levels of the organization on performance relative to achieving those goals and objectives Capability of recognizing gaps in an organization capability to achieve its desired goals and objectives and in the development of strategies that will allow the organization to eliminate the gaps and move forward
Qualified candidates preferably possess an engineering degree, or business degree, and 7 – 10+ years proven experience.
Travel is required up to 50%.
