Service Desk Engineer, Level 2-3

Software Guidance Assistance, Inc., (SGA), is searching for an Service Desk Engineer, Level 2-3for a CONTRACTassignment with one of our premier Management Consultingclients in Los Angeles, CA. The candidate will be providing white glove support to C suite executives in the office and in their homes. Must Have Extensive Experience with and knowledge of the following Windows 10 Entire MS office suite. Any ticketing system MS Office (Expert level) Mobility WiFi trouble shooting, iPads, Routers etc. SGA is a Certified Women’s Business Enterprise (WBE) celebrating over thirty years of service to our national client base for both permanent placement and consulting opportunities.
