Our fast growing & globally facing Performance Marketing team is in search of an ambitious, organized & passionate Account Executive who serves as a crucial support across global production, localization & delivery of all digital campaigns for ATV+. This role is the expert in not only MAL processes & tools, but also understands the client processes as well. The AE is a knowledgable, go-to resource of information for the team.
The Work
Project Management
- Manage & report all project details to clients (weekly status reports, managing internal team meetings, participating in client calls and produce agendas, meeting notes & next steps based off meetings)
- Oversee daily & weekly updates to international offices
- Maintains and managed all new & ongoing project materials
- Managing the QC & approvals of estimates
- Understands all department & agency processes
Production
-
- Drive the creative development and production of Apple TV+ performance digital work
- Work with the Management Supervisor to manage the Production Budget
- Respond to issues & questions quickly; knowing when to elevate to the MS when necessary
- Ensures all creative work is legally approved before production begins
- Review feedback on creative work with MS
- Manage all legal approvals working closely with BA & client
Relationships & Team Development
- Build strong and collaborative relationships with both internal departments and international offices that are built on trust
- Develop a thorough understanding of all departments & roles in the agency and how to work effectively with them
- Begin to manage and mentor AAE in development of skills & knowledge base
Administration
- Manage all project details
- Quality check all presentation materials with a keen eye and distribute to agency and account leadership
- Drive preparation of all internal + external client meetings materials
