Job Details
We are seeking a hands on Director of Accounting who will be responsible for budgeting and reporting financial, developing and maintaining accounting practices and procedures to ensure accurate and timely financial statements in accordance with regulatory requirements for funders and non-profit organizations. The Director of Accounting will supervise a staff of 8 and will be responsible for, monthly, year end, grant year closings, accounts payable, funders reports, and audit preparation. The ideal candidate will directly oversee & manage the corporate budget, managing the agency’s audit process, financial statement preparations, and maintain strong relationships with funders.
