JOB DESCRIPTION:
1. Cold call businesses or retail store owners as potential tenants to lease stores in company-owned shopping centers in Greater Los Angeles, Riverside & San Bernardino area.
2. Prepare & send out mailers to prospective tenants via mass mailing or mass emailing
3. Generate leads by identifying specific businesses on the Internet & other sources.
4. Follow-up on leads & coordinate with in-house leasing representatives for appointments with potential tenants.
5. Show space, when needed.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Excellent verbal communication & business writing skills
- Strongly motivated & able to work with minimum supervision
- Highly energetic & aggressive self-starter
- Great people skills & a team player
- Keen interest in commercial/retail real estate leasing
- Retail leasing experience helpful
- Minimum Associates degree (emphasis on Business Administration or Marketing)
- Hands- on proficiency Microsoft Word, Excel & Outlook
COMPENSATION: DOE. May include performance bonus.
