A growing company in the Entertainment industry is seeking an HR Generalist to join their team.

Responsibilities:

• Administer compensation and benefit plans

• Assist in talent acquisition and recruitment processes

• Employee onboarding and help organize training & development initiatives

• Provide support to employees in various HR-related topics including leaves and compensation and resolve any issues that may arise

• Assist in the review, development and implementation of human resource policies

• Performance management and overall performance review process.

• Gather and analyze data with useful HR metrics, like time to hire and employee turnover rates

• Maintain employee files and records in electronic and paper form

• Organizing company team building activities

• Ensure compliance with labor regulations

– Experience with Zenefits or other HRIS systems a HUGE PLUS

– Experiencing with assisting with Payroll a HUGE PLUS

*This is a full time position – Hours can be 9am-6pm / 8am-5pm (Must be flexible)

*This position is an onsite role with the potential to work remotely after training
