nnOur client, an established real estate developer and manager who owns over 130 properties across the US is looking to add a Property Manager for a newly constructed luxury retail center in Studio City in Los Angeles.
This individual will be responsible for ensuring smooth day-to-day operations for the property with the opportunity to take on more as they continue their expansion in the area.nn nn n nn nn Prefer 2-3 years of commercial/retail management experience nn nn nn Oversee the daily operations of 100K square foot retail center, including the maintenance and occupancy of the retail center.
Manage multiple tenants and handle requests for maintenance or repairs.
Manage service contracts including parking agreement, janitorial services, security patrol and waste management.
Perform property inspections including buildings, grounds, interiors, and all other facilities.
Prepare preventative maintenance recommendations.
