nn nn Support Field Service Engineer Job Purpose: Perform Preventative Maintenance and responsible for troubleshooting, repair and equipment installation for MRI, CT, and PET/CT equipment.nn nn n nn nn Support Field Service Engineer Job Duties: nn nn
• Basic troubleshooting, installation, maintenance, and service repair needs on designated equipment.nn nn
• Completing Preventative Maintenance and Field Modificationsnn nn
• Keeping up to date on administrative responsibilities such as maintaining customer service logs and internal service records in a timely mannernn nn
• Support call resolutionnn nn
• Utilizing the escalation process to resolve customer service delivery issues and conducting root cause analysis that will lead to effective problem solvingnn nn
• Maintaining communication with Customer and internal Icare Team to ensure resolution and proper follow-up, leading to customer satisfactionnn nn
• Meeting Health and Human Services, Environmental Health and Safety, and/or all other applicable regulatory requirementsnn nn
• Working as a member of the Support Team to provide service delivery to all customersnn nn
• Maintains technical knowledge by attending in house Training programs.nn nn
• Willingness to be open to learning and growing with our Companynn nn n nn nn Skills/Qualifications: nn nn
• BS in electronics engineering/electronic engineering technology or equivalent military education or AS with appropriate work experience.nn nn
• 1 year of relevant work experience or education in Mechanical and Electrical engineeringnn nn
• Decision-making, problem resolution and creative thinking skillsnn nn
• Demonstrated troubleshooting skillsnn nn
• Detail oriented, organized and strong time management skillsnn nn n nn nn Special Physical Requirements: nn nn
• Candidates must be able to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 lbs.
