Creative Associate: An associate level creative with experience and a passion for building commercial film director treatments, doing image research and hi-end design.
Skillset Examples:?
* Extensive image research and deck design for commercial treatments (this is mandatory a requirement and applicants will be disqualified without this prior experience).
* Strong eye for design and an extensive knowledge of films, advertising, directors, photography, tech and pop culture.
* Has a deep history of building treatments for commercials, music videos and/or long form narrative.
* Have a Expert level in Adobe InDesign and Photoshop.
* Project managing InDesign and Keynote pitch decks with Creative Directors and Designers.
* Can create comps and build hosted treatments that incorporate GIFs and videos which has become increasingly popular and often better sells the directors vision and execution.
What we’re targeting: Our ideal candidate would have worked (or is working) for a Commercial Film Production company designing decks and is ready for the next step of their career.
Maybe an Art Director with a strong background in graphic design and an amazing eye for design, photography and film.
We’re looking for someone who can be impactful day 1, designing decks at a high level.
Compensation: Dependent upon experience.
