Requirements

- Provide a consistent and professional level of technical expertise and support to production teams in a fast paced production environment
- Monitor and troubleshoot helpdesk tickets seeing them to resolution or escalation when necessary
- Troubleshooting software, hardware, and basic technical issues
- Install/update software on desktops, laptops, remote workstations
- Diagnose rendering and render queue issues
- Managing setup and maintenance of editorial, graphics and conference room hardware
- Refining and updating technical workflows to streamline processes
Qualifications

- Must be an enthusiastic self-starter who works well with technical and non technical users
- Experience using, installing, and supporting various editorial and graphics software packages adobe creative cloud, davinci resolve, cinema 4d, and general office applications
- Strong oral and written communication skills with the ability to multi task
- MacOS experience desired with additional windows and linux experience preferred
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Experience with shell scripting and python preferred
- Agency or production experience preferred
Working Condition
- Remote work and some on site office work required
- 40 hour work week with overtime and weekend work as required by production
- Walking/bending/sitting
- Some lifting and carrying; ability to lift up to 50 lbs unassisted
