Position involves daily/weekly/monthly senior executive relationship management responsibilities centered around strategic goal alignment, business case development, program enhancements, and maximizing value across AEG’s supply base.

Individual will develop, enhance new toolsets, and mechanisms by which to effectively monitor departmental and supplier performance.nn nn ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: nn Executive Relationship Management: Develop and foster executive relationships within AEG Presents, AEG Corporate, AEG Facilities, and TAC related to active high risk/high profile initiatives with projects scheduled 12 – 36 months in advance.

Involves critical, strategic, and tactical decision making aligned to company/division strategic goal alignment.

Continuous Improvement & Performance Management: Manage internal team and cross functional resources supporting enterprise projects from inception through contract execution adhering to a multitude of operational, risk management, and financial requirements.

Responsible for sustained utilization and enhancement of department project tracking and performance management toolset.

Lead stakeholder groups in accordance to plans with optimizing processes, systems, data standardization, reporting, and business intelligence.

Operations Strategy & Supply Chain Optimization: Direct staff and supports the development of fiscal and operational performance metrics across AEG’s operating companies, and supply base including supplier segmentation by market, operating company, and other various attributes.

Refine service levels and reporting metrics, develop business cases, and proof(s) of concept to spawn initiatives and continuous improvement projects.

Build project feasibility and economic models to prioritize supply management opportunities, determine negotiation strategies, and make recommendations for strategic process and/or supplier improvements.

Strategic Sourcing: Manage personnel leading enterprise initiatives maximizing total cost of ownership, return on assets/investments, and risk mitigation (legal, operational, financial, brand).

Reengineer operating processes and procedures, employ cost containment methods, identify cost reduction and cost avoidance opportunities.  Core Values: Individual must be able to incorporate core values into local business strategies including regulatory requirements and compliance, procurement guidelines, ethical standards, and steward the development of corporate initiatives including sustainability and supplier diversity.

nn REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: nn A minimum education level of: Bachelor’s Degree (4-year) 7
– 10 years in Supply Management (i.e.

Sourcing, Supply Chain Management, Procurement, Vendor Management) Prior experience supervising, mentoring, and leading staff personnel Sound working knowledge of procurement, SaaS solutions, ERP/MRP principles, techniques and policies Supply Management certifications (i.e., CPIM, CSCP, CPSM, CPSD) preferred Advanced skills utilizing collaboration, performance, reporting, and project management tools experience in scriptwriting and production timing/rundown execution Advanced skills utilizing industry and market analysis software applications, supplier order and inventory management systems, eSourcing, and procurement systems.

Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, draw valid conclusions, and make decisions Ability to interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form and deal with several abstract and concrete variables.

Ability to manage multiple enterprise initiatives (+100 operating companies) and associated projects.

Proficient in Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and ability to learn required business systems.

Must be able to travel nnAEG reserves the right to change or modify the employee’s job description whether orally or in writing, at any time during the employment relationship.
