The ideal candidate is a proven producer who has sold investment banking products to accredited investors and ultra-high net worth investors.
The firm has an emphasis on, but is not limited to, the life sciences, healthcare and technology sectors.nn nn nn nn Responsibilities nn Assist in execution and origination of M&A and capital raising (equity and debt) transactions for public and private companies Work closely with senior bankers and C-level executives Oversee and perform comprehensive financial modeling and analysis Heavily prospect and source leads; build client base of accredited investors and ultra-high net worth individuals Use thorough understanding of firm’s offerings to provide resources and direction to drive sales Demonstrate sensitivity to clients’ objectives and constraints and able to identify and help create business opportunities Serve as team player in firm’s recruitment efforts to expand Los Angeles presence nn nn nn Qualifications nn Series 7, 66 (63 and/or 65), and 79 licenses required Verifiable T-12 of at least $200,000 preferred Transferable book of business highly desired Self-motivated, entrepreneurial spirit, team-oriented and strong time management skills Able to communicate analytical and marketing data effectively Excellent organizational and communication skills; able to interface with top-level executives Able to work independently and as part of team in fast-paced work environment
