nn nn n nn nnJOB RESPONSIBILITIES & SKILLS: nn nn n nn nnThis person will be responsible for the successful execution of investment specific business plans for their portfolio through the oversight of leasing, major capital expenditure programs, project timelines, cost controls, budget review, as well as leasing, sales, refinancing and disposition strategies.

nn nn n nn nnThe ideal candidate will have 6+ years of real estate industry experience relevant to the following job responsibilities: nn nn n nn nn
– Support the execution of the business plans for each property including oversight of leasing objectives, operating and capital budgets nn nn
– Maintain monthly or quarterly asset management reports which include actual vs.

budget comparisons, performance and budget variances and changes in the market, property and business plans nn nn
– Work in conjunction with project management and construction teams to oversee tenant improvements and capital projects nn nn
– Act as a team player with strong interpersonal/communication skills, and be able interact with lenders and investors in an effective and confident manner nn nn
– Engage and direct third party vendors including brokers, industry third parties and construction professionals nn nn
– Contribute transaction experience, ideally on the principal side across multiple asset classes, most importantly commercial office, retail and multifamily real estate nn nn
– Display an understanding of key legal agreements including leases, purchase and sale agreements, management and agency agreements, operating and partnership agreements, and loan documents nn nn
– Advise and assist on new acquisitions and in establishing property performance objectives; assist with recapitalizations and dispositions of assets nn nn n nn nnCOMPENSATION: Total compensation (salary plus bonus) will be commensurate with the experience level of the candidate.
