Vice President of Sales – B2B, SaaS Experience REQUIRED!

nnWe are looking for a VP of Sales with a strong B2B, SaaS background to join a phenomenal start-up in the LA Area!nn nn n nn nnThis is an incredible role for a candidate who wants to be at a high-growth unicorn that is absolutely taking off!

It is earlier stage and you will have the ability to really help shape the team, develop sales process and sell in an incredible SaaS platform geared towards the Retail / eCommerce industry!nn nn n nn nn**You MUST have had experience taking a company from $10M in ARR to $50M in ARR for this position!**nn nn nn nn Responsibilities nn Manage, drive and develop sales team Interfacing with both SMB through to enterprise clients Build sales team strategy, cadences and culture nn n nn nn Qualifications nn At least 4 years of experience working at B2B, SaaS company preferably in the start-up space is REQUIRED Previous track record of exceeding sales quotas MUST be managing at least 5 SaaS sales personnel currently Eagerness to scale sales team and drive KPI’s eCommerce background preferred
