This individual will partner with the leadership team in all departments to meaningfully participate in business and strategic plans to help align business functions to meet profitability, growth, and cash flow goals.n n Core Essential Job Functionsn n Defines and implements key performance indicators and strategic objectives for the division and, as appropriate, the entire organization; facilitates measurement of those objectives, reporting results to the executive team.
Drafts business plans for new products, services, and markets.
Ensures compliance with federal, state, local, and organizational laws, regulations, guidelines, and best practices, including but not limited to tax laws, generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP), federal acquisition regulations (FAR), and cost accounting standards (CAS).n n You Should Have The Followingn10+ years’ experience in a similar role, with a blend of privately-held and publicly traded companies.n5+ years in a supervisory and/or managementnExpertise in financial reporting and analysis, strategic planning, process improvement, inventory control, general ledger account management, and payroll.nThorough understanding of systems and methodologies of finance and administration.nAdvanced Microsoft Excel skills and proficiency with other Microsoft Office Suite programs.nBachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance required; MBA preferred.nCPAn nInterested in hearing more?
