This person also performs routine tasks and administrative work by assisting various departments in the company.n n Essential Duties And Responsibilitiesn n Professionally and politely answers incoming calls, transfers calls to the appropriate person and provides the person receiving the call with accurate and necessary informationnGreets incoming visitors to the buildingnReceives incoming faxes and distributes them to the correct recipient, timelynFiles faxes into the databasenReceives and processes/logs of daily packages from parcel servicesnManages the Fax Mail/ Mail Return/Bad AddressesnAssists with the preparation of interview folders for scheduled candidatesnSorts charity applications when received from clientsnWeekly update and distribution of the company phone listnAssists with other related tasks, duties and projects, as neededn nQualification Requirementsn nUp to two years’ experience as a receptionist / administrative assistantnExceptional customer service skills and professional phone mannernExcellent verbal, listening, written and interpersonal skillsnStrong computer skills with a knowledge of spreadsheets and word processing documentsnEthical conduct, initiative and strong time managementn n Additional Eligibility Qualificationsn n Ability to operate the phone system and office equipmentnAbility to enter and retrieve data from the computernAbility to work as a team member and independentlynAbility to handle multiple tasks in a calm, professional mannernAdditional Informationn nAll your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines.
