nnPURPOSE OF THE ROLEnn nnAs a Revenue Accounting Consultant, you will support the Audience Network advertising revenue team at our largest social media client in the Bay Area.
Responsibilities include ensuring timely and accurate recordings and reporting of ad revenue and related costs, leading month-end close activities, assisting in system implementation to automate and scale the business, and fulfilling internal and external audit requests.
The ideal candidate will be well-versed in ASC 606, have a strong accounting background and business acumen, as well as excellent communication skills to effectively facilitate information flow between cross-functional business partners and the Finance organization.

Partner closely with internal audit team in understanding upstream databases and processes to gain end-to-end view.Brainstorm, design, and assist with user acceptance testing of automation projects on tech client’s homegrown revenue platforms, Company’s ERP ledgers, and Oracle Fusion.Spearhead critical accounting projects, including being a subject matter expert in revenue recognition for cross functional groups.
Research and draft technical accounting memos.
