Typical transaction sizes range from $20 million to $100 million in companies with revenues of $10 to $100 million.nn nn n nn nn SCOPE AND RESPONSIBILITIES: nn nnThe Business Development Analyst will be a key member of a small investment team based in Los Angeles.
The selected individual will primarily be responsible for generating private company acquisition opportunities and will perform initial reviews of potential investments.
The position requires somebody with: nn nn n nn Outstanding work ethic, ability to work independently and sound judgement.
Strong interpersonal skills, excellent quantitative skills as well as both written and verbal communication skills.
Comfort interacting and engaging with our intermediary network and business owners both telephonically and in person.
A strong interest in developing knowledge of private equity.
nn n nn nn EXPERIENCE REQUIRED: nn nnThe desired candidate earned a bachelors degree at a top rate university within the past three years and has a proven business development background.
Experience as an investor or with an investment firm is strongly preferred.
