nnThe Regional Maintenance Transformation Manager is responsible to lead Maintenance Transformation activities at Bimbo Bakeries USA, Inc.
(BBU) manufacturing facilities to improve equipment reliability.
Transformation activities will focus on three areas of maintenance (personnel, operating and management system).
The Manager Region Maintenance Support will lead the activities of the Transformation team engaged in assessing current state of maintenance and developing/executing action plans to close the identified gaps.nn nn nn nn Key Job Responsibilities: nn nnAssess maintenance processes and programs against corporate strategy and national plan to identify gaps that need to be addressed to achieve world class asset reliability in the following subjects: nn nnUtilization of CMMS.
nn nnPM Planning, execution and executing.
nn nnTraining and development Plans for Maintenance leaders and associatesnn nnKPI tracking/utilizationnn nnSpare Parts inventory control/management.nn nnRoot Cause Problem Solvingnn nnEnsure compliance with corporate strategy and other world class initiatives.
nn nnLead development and implementation of National Initiatives as part of National Strategy.
nn nnWork with plant engineers to build and execute action plans to address gaps in maintenance program to achieve sustainable asset reliabilitynn nnTeach, mentor, and coach bakery maintenance leaders to:nn nnUtilize Root Cause Problem solving techniquesnn nnAnalyze KPIs and use statistical analysis to improve department performancenn nnEffectively plan worknn nnCoach/develop maintenance associatesnn nnDevelop content for BBU Maintenance playbooknn nnDevelop work standards and standardized procedures.

A combination of education, training and experience that results in demonstrated competency to perform the work may be substituted.nn nn5
– 7 years of experience in industrial manufacturing.nn nnProven experience leading Maintenance Organization.nn nnCMRP / CRL are a plus.
nn nn nn Key Behavioral Competencies: nn nn nn Strong knowledge in spare parts and inventory management is a plus.
