Pacific Heritage Communities is looking for a full charge bookkeeper for multiple income properties, including new development of properties.nn nnThe candidate should be highly detail oriented, organized, and experienced in full-service property management AR/AP.

Must work well under pressure and be flexible with day to day changes.nn nn n nn nn Job Summary: Real estate development and management company located in Westwood in West Los Angeles, California is looking for an experienced full charge accounts receivable/accounts payable person to manage and maintain day-to-day financial records for numerous income properties including 100+ unit multifamily and commercial.

We are seeking an individual with excellent organizational skills who can multi-task while maintaining accuracy and deadlines.

Commitment to quality work is required.nn nn n nn nn Responsibilities and Duties: nn nn
· Preparation and billing of tenants’ monthly rent and monthly, quarterly and annual common area maintenance and real estate taxes along with other various annual charges.nn nn
· Reviewing, entering and maintaining information on Entrata, Yardi and Timberline Property Management systems, or similar, and ensuring data is up-to-date and correctnn nn
· Deposit/apply tenants account receivable payments, billing adjustments.

Maintain tenant security deposit accountsnn nn
· Responsible for posting any move-out charges and sending out final account statementsnn nn
· Follow up on delinquencies and collections for former residents and collect bad debtsnn nn
· Timely complete all bank reconciliationsnn nn
· Reviewing invoices, GL coding and process accounts payable for property expenses and management office expensesnn nn
· Vendor billings and invoice paymentsnn nn
· Providing various related management and financial reportsnn nn
· Assisting in inter-company transactions and bank reconciliationsnn nn
· Job costing, AIA and contractor requisitions, reporting, special projects as assignednn nn
· Reviewing and processing General Contractor monthly billingsnn nn
· Prepare and process bank construction loan draws and mortgage debt servicenn nn
· Generate payroll, payroll tax, returns and maintain personnel recordsnn nn
· Assist outside accountants in annual JE adjustment, audit process and year-end closingnn nn Qualifications and Skills: nn nn
· Seven (7) years bookkeeping experience in residential and commercial property managementnn nn
· Entrata and Timberline Property Management/Accounting systems experience preferablenn nn
· Experience using property management accounting software requirednn nn
· Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Word requirednn nn
· Bachelor’s degree required (accounting or business administration preferred)nn nn
· Must have strong organizational skills and strong communication skills
– both oral and writtennn nn
· Must be very detail oriented, motivated, self starter, and career mindednn nn
· Must be adept at problem solving, communicating, working efficiently, and constructively work in a small team environmentnn nn
· Ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environmentnn nn n nn
