Construction Project Coordinator

nnOur client, a leading entertainment service provider is seeking an experienced Construction Project Coordinator to join their team.

This is a 6 month contract with the possibility of extension covering a leave of absence and with flexibility to work remote.nn nn n nn nnWe are seeking a Team Coordinator as part of our growing Design and Construction team based out of our Los Angeles Headquarters.

This position will be responsible for coordination amongst multiple stakeholders to help drive completion of deliverables.

This role will work closely with the LA Project Managers as well as our vendor partners and internal cross functional partners to execute upon our evolving initiatives.nn nn nn nnA successful candidate will be passionate about the construction industry,nn nnself-motivated, proactive, quick-thinking, flexible, thorough, and able to juggle multiple and diverse responsibilities with a strong emphasis on organization and an unwavering attention to detail at all times.

This is a demanding and fast moving position that requires someone who is a proactive and positive thinker, and able to exercise good judgment and communication.nn nn nn nnEssential Job Duties and Responsibilities:nn nn
● Support project team members, including internal and external resources to ensure project communication and reporting is updated in real time and CREWS deliverables are met.nn nn
● Manage team meetings, create presentations, and keep meeting minutes as needed.nn nn
● Schedule meetings and breakout sessions with Project Managers and cross functional partners as required for org and project related initiatives.nn nn
● Coordinate calendars, site walks, and security access.nn nn
● Manage meet and greets with prospective consultants and vendors to deepen the resource bench.nn nn
● Aggregate various project procedures and create best practices.nn nn
● Collaborate with Project Managers and cross functional partners to create tools and templates.nn nn
● Manage and maintain vendor trackers, MEP guidelines, and ROM tools.

● Manage administrative efforts performed by external project management resources and ensure project recap/action items are issued in a timely manner.nn nn
● Manage communication of construction efforts in building to a broader employee population in collaboration with Project Managers and broader Workplace partners.nn nn
● Manage punch list, close-out process, and Day 2 items.

Ensure timely submittal of close-out documentation to allow Workplace Operations to operate building upon move-in.

● BA/BS or equivalent work experience in construction or real estatenn nn
● High level of organizational skillsnn nn
● Interest in construction management and the construction industrynn nn
● Proficient in MS Project or equivalent Scheduling Softwarenn nn
● Proficient with Google Office Suitenn nn
● Proficient in Smartsheetsnn nn
● Motivated and disciplined to work effectively and autonomouslynn nn
● Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and tolerate ambiguity and shifting requirementsnn
