Remote Mortgage Loan Processor/Closer

**MUST HAVE PRIOR MORTGAGE EXPERIENCE**JOB SUMMARYThe Direct Loan Processor is responsible for acting as the primary liaison between Sales, Title, Escrow Funding, and Borrowers. Evaluates credit, income, and title reports; manages a pipeline of loans; and collects stipulations through final approval and reviewing documents. Ensures the performance of all duties in accordance with the company”s policies and procedures, all U.S. state and federal laws and regulations, wherein the company operates..**MUST HAVE**- High School Diploma- Minimum 2 years of recent processing experience in mortgage banking environment (Wells Fargo, BofA, East West Bank, Bank fo the West, Chase, etc)- Conventional & Jumbo, FHA, & VA loan file experience- Experience managing a pipeline of 30+ loan files.- Superior customer service skills with the ability to communicate in a professional manner in both verbal and written form with borrowers.- Exceptional organization skills to manage a pipeline of various products while meeting product specific turn time requirements.- Working knowledge of industry, investor and regulatory requirements.- Must be able to calculate income.MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)NICE TO HAVE- Bachelors Degree**Experience Level:**Intermediate Level**About Aerotek:**We know that a company”s success starts with its employees.
