Boutique transactional firm in Century City is currently seeking a corporate paralegal an immediate contract opening.
Corporate paralegals from both law firms and companies are encouraged to apply.
The firm is looking to onboard on-site and then transition this position to be fully remote.
Responsibilities included, but are not limited to;
– Assisting with Corporate Minutes
– Light drafting of transactional documents such as Wills and Trust (no prior experience required)
– Research and analyze intricate legal documents
– Provide general corporate legal support as needed.
Job Requirements:
– 1+ year of corporate legal experience (in-house and/or law-firm)
– Willing and able to own projects, writing and negotiating, planning and organizing
– Solid understanding of Corporate Legal
– Corporate minutes book experience required
