We invite you to come join our Quality Assurance Compliance department as a Regional QA Specialist. In this full-time career opportunity, you will work within our compliance team under the guidance and direction of our Senior VP of QA Compliance and Regulatory Affairs. This role has the option to work remotely and/or within one of our California locations; must reside in California within 20 miles of a RadNet location.
As a Regional Quality Assurance Specialist, you will:
- Oversee the data entry, collection and analyzing of data on relevant quality assurance and compliance performance indicators.
- Generate and/or coordinate the development of various QA and compliance related reports regarding performance against quality indicators, as appropriate to the individual RadNet centers.
- Assist in the design and scheduling of quality review audits as appropriate to the center or service and regulatory indicators.
- Perform or coordinate center audits as needed and appropriate.
- Participate in the planning, development, coordination and presentation of specific training, meetings and educational programs as appropriate to the quality assurance needs of the center or service.
- Participate in the planning, development, coordination and presentation of new application programs as considered by the Quality Assurance Department.
- Collaborate and consult with other associated facilities regarding current quality control issues and activities.
- Prepare reports using Excel spreadsheets and other Microsoft Office Suite documents as appropriate to the type of report being prepared.
- Work with our IT department and center management to trouble-shoot the RadNet Applications Program and ensure issues are resolved in a timely manner.
- Demonstrate an ability to follow up on, track trends that may appear to present possible future application conflicts and assist in identifying solutions.
- Travel to our RadNet sites for on-site quality assurance reviews or meetings.
- Demonstrate initiative, personal awareness, professional integrity and exercise confidentiality in all areas of performance.
- Assist supervisor as needed with special assignments and special projects.

Job Requirements:
- Quality assurance work experience within a radiology related business (preferably 3-5 years of experience)
- A high school diploma (college degree preferred)
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills (must be able to create Excel spreadsheets and formulas, as well as create correspondence and run mail merges in Word) and the ability to type 35+ WPM with accuracy
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, and interpersonal skills
- Problem solving skills
- Presentation and public speaking skills
- Knowledge of quality patient care parameters
- Knowledge of quality control and quality assurance concepts and methodologies is preferred.
