nn nn n nn nnThe firm provides comprehensive, fee-based financial planning, fee-based investment advisorynn nnsolutions, education funding strategies, holistic wealth management, retirement planning and risk management.nn nn n nn nnResponsibilities:nn nn
• Serves as primary client-facing point of contact on behalf of firm.nn nn
• Focuses on complete client care and delivering on promises made to client.nn nn
• Directly responsible for client satisfaction with firm and retention of client accounts.nn nn
• Manages and supervises formulation and implementation of risk and investment strategiesnn nnconsistent with comprehensive financial plan prepared for each client individually.nn nn
• Increase assets under management from assigned client base.nn nn
• Develop new revenue opportunities to service existing clients more effectively.nn nn
• Connect with and develop relationships with existing client’s next generation.nn nn
• Build Loyal Client Advocates and producing new clients through those relationships.nn nn
• Publicly represents the firm’s strategic brand.nn nn
• Participates in and contributes to firm leadership.nn nn
• Maintains familiarity with industry and economic trends and applies knowledge to client service and relationships.nn nn
• Maintains knowledge of and shows ability to apply compliance standards.nn nn
• Works collegially and productively with clients, peers and other team members.nn nn n nn nnRequirements:nn nn
• Minimum of 5 years of financial planning experience.nn nn
• History of clean compliance record.nn nn
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.nn nn
• Securities (6 & 63) and life & health insurance licenses.nn nn
• Ability to work with a close-knit team.nn nnPreferred:nn nn
• Existing client base that can be merged with current business.nn nn
• CFP® designation.nn nn
