MPI encourages applications from minorities, women, the disabled, protected veterans and all other qualified applicants.*Description*The expectation is that you can come in and create at least one working acquisition funnel within the first few months, and build a long-term strategy for success encompassing multiple channels.* Work cross-functionally with the product and engineering functions to ensure an informed approach when interacting with users and advancing product awareness* Develop, refine and implement world-class growth marketing strategies that are based on measurable goals and targets* Manage, nurture and grow a community of users across the globe* Create partnerships that further the product’s position in the market, generating new possibilities for our diverse user base* Analyze data to better formulate strategies and respond to insights related to user acquisition* Approach your work with a passion and mission-driven attitude as you will be the key organizational member when interacting with current and new users* Create repeatable standards and practices as we continue to scale our marketing team and hire new talent- Previous experience developing and implementing growth strategies at a startup (Previous consumer-focused experience is a plus!)- Successful track-record driving zero cost user acquisition- Data-driven mindset and analytical approach to growth marketing- Mission-driven mindset and a passion for connecting intimately with users – Previous experience in the EdTech space is ideal but not requiredMy client is a rapidly-growing EdTech startup with huge potential across global markets.
