Compensation: $29.00 to $36.00 hourly
A major healthcare organization in the Hollywood area is looking for an LOA/Worker’s Compensation Specialist to join their busy HR team! As the LOA/Worker’s Compensation Specialist, you will be assisting all internal staff with incoming LOA requests, managing leaves of absence, FMLA, and Worker’s Comp cases. The ideal candidate will have 3 to 5 years of HR experience and have previous experience managing leaves for a mid to large sized company. This position works on-site Monday to Friday and has the potential to go full-time, given excellent performance in the role.

Job Requirements:
-3 to 5 years of HR experience
-Bachelor’s degree preferred
-HR certification preferred
-Strong knowledge of labor laws as it relates to Worker’s Comp and LOA management
