Vice President of Operations Compensation & Benefits
Total compensation for the Vice President of Operations in Los Angeles, CA is between $120,000 and $200,000 depending on experience, and may be more than this range for candidates with exceptional experience and successful history of performance.

Vice President of Operations Duties & Responsibilities
- Responsible for overseeing all operations including financial, electrical departments, field labor, and oversight of all other Division Managers.
- Advise upper management including the CEO on business development ideas and planning issues that arise and recommend a course of action.
- Create goals for the operation that are short and long term as well as attainable.
- Ability to budget and plan such as cost to complete, billing, cash flow projections, scheduling etc.
- Responsible for personal contact with the owner/contractor
Vice President of Operations Qualifications
- Minimum of 5+ years in an operations, sales, or marketing in the Electrical Contracting industry.
- Must have an undergraduate degree in Business, Finance, Engineering or similar
- Master’s Degree preferred
- Ability to interact and manage a team of professionals.
- Proven ability to hit deadlines within a short period of time given stressful situations.
Preferred but Not Necessary
- Master’s Degree Preferred
