nn nn n nn nnMicrodesk is looking for a dynamic, high-performing Account Executive with a proven track record of bringing on new business and hitting sales quotas.

The right candidate will be a cold-calling pro and motivated to make lots of connections.

You’ll have the opportunity to define and execute on a business strategy for growing an existing account base, while at the same time continue to develop your selling skills by leveraging a vast amount of company tools and resources to help ensure your short
– and long-term success.

The opportunity presents unlimited potential for personal, professional and financial growth.nn nn n nn nn Responsibilities: nn nn n nn Research and identify potential customers Develops a complete understanding of pricing & recommend cost structures for increased hit rates Demonstrates technical selling ability with in-depth knowledge of our products and services Execute a high volume of outbound and inbound prospecting calls to potential clients Perform thorough discovery to learn about the businesses of each prospect you speak to Makes recommendations to prospects on solutions to meet their business needs Schedule qualified meetings with prospects in coordination with your Senior Account Managers Maintain regular contact with a large database of clients and prospects Collaborate with teammates and sales leadership on strategic projects as needed nn n nn nn Skills and Experience: nn nn n nn 1-3 years of sales experience (AEC industry or software technology preferred, but not required) Bachelor’s degree in Business or related industry or equivalent experience Top-tier verbal and written communication skills Excellent phone manner and ability to make large number of calls daily Competitive nature Must be able to work well independently and as part of a team Knowledge of Autodesk and/or other BIM/CAD, GIS, and FM software preferred nn n nn nn The ideal candidate should possess: nn nn n nn Ability to manage the formulation and implementation of sales plans Strong organizational skills, process-oriented, and strong prospecting skills Ability to effectively identify and qualify opportunities Ability to deliver engaging, effective written and oral presentations Understanding of and ability to effectively use CRM systems (MS Dynamics and Salesforce) Excellent networking skills Most importantly, the ability to close deals and drive revenue and market share growth Sense of urgency nn n nn nn n nn nnBENEFITS:nn nn n nn nnWe offer a fast paced, dynamic environment where learning and growing technically becomes part of your career.
