We are interested in hiring a skillful writer and analytical thinker to be the Director of Grants and Compliance.
This staff will be an exempt position and work as a member of the organization’s leadership and development team under the supervision of Executive Director.
The Director of Grants and Compliance is responsible for research, writing, and submitting grant proposals, as well as ensuring integration of awards into the organization and fulfilling pre
– and post
– award compliance requirements for grants from both private and public funders.
The Director of Grants and Compliance is expected to cultivate relationships with foundations and government entities; design program goals, strategies and budgets; write/submit government and foundation grants in conjunction with program needs and staff requirements; and communicate with program staff teams to ensure comprehensive understanding of awards and compliance needs of funders.
