n No experience is required because we offer regular product-training workshops and ongoing support, but previous sales or customer service experience can be helpful.
n In Store Assistant Requirements: n No sales experience is required, but you will work with customers face-to-face, so retail sales, customer service, hospitality or similar experience will be of benefit No degree is required, but it can be helpful if you’re looking for growth and wanting to take part in our Business Development Program Leadership abilities and a competitive nature are also helpful for those looking to make the most of this opportunity A strong work ethic and desire to succeed are essential since growth is based on results and actions
