· Supervise day-to-day operations of general accounting operations.

· Coordinate with Credit Admin to analyze ACL, assumptions, trends, and credit metrics nn nn
· Review and approve daily/monthly/quarterly general ledger entries nn nn
· Review monthly board financials prior to Controller and CFO review.

· Review quarterly regulatory reports (FDIC Call Reports, FRB Holding Company reports, etc…).

· Review and approval of invoices prior to expense check issuance nn nn
· Coordinate with Controller to prepare and manage regulatory exams and internal/external audits.

· Other special projects at the direction of CFO/Controller.

nn nn nn nn Job Qualifications/Requirements nn nn
· Required: Understanding of General Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) nn nn
· Required: Minimum of 10 years of accounting work experience nn nn
· Preferred: Prior Banking experience with understanding of credit risks nn nn
· Preferred: CPA certification nn nn * Big 4 accounting firm experience nn nn nn
