POSITION SUMMARY:
We’re looking for a business development professional who will assume a highly visible and active role within the company. This role involves contact with clients including initial screenings and participating in follow-up sales meetings & communications. You will manage reporting, tracking, and follow-up activities, identify sales leads, pitch goods or services to new clients and maintain a good working relationship with new contacts.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:
- Actively seek out new business opportunities and build sales pipeline
- Oversee inbound and outbound leads
- Lead client-facing meetings, help frame solutions and showcase our talent and capabilities
- Handle objections by clarifying, emphasizing agreements and working through differences to a positive conclusion
- Assist in preparing documentation such as offers, contracts, budget proposals
WHAT YOU’LL NEED:
- 2-3 years of professional experience with business development in IT industry
- Hands-on experience with multiple sales techniques
- Exceptional interpersonal verbal skills and superior presentation skills are required
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (a must)
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Ambitious, responsible and action-oriented – getting this done well and efficiently
- Ability to influence decisions and close contracts using a proactive consultative approach
