In order to fuel our growth, we are seeking an experienced Director of Sales to lead and double headcount on the West Coast Enterprise team this year. Job Details About The Opportunity Pure coach role Lead a team of 4 Enterprise and Strategic Account Executives with quotas ranging from 1MM to 1.3MM and grow the team to 8 within the first 2 quarters of 2021. Develop newly promoted Commercial Account Executives early in their career to up-level their skillsets and exceed quota plans Minimum Requirements 2+ years Sales Leadership (pure coach) position Have been responsible for 6MM+ team quota with a track record of exceeding targets Have managed a team of at least 3 Account Executives Strong leader, trainer, and coach Experienced selling B2B Software to Lines of Business buyers (not ITEngineering). Experience selling to Sales and Marketing leaders highly preferred We can offer you the opportunity to work in a rich territory with an existing base of customers, named accounts, and ample greenfield to prospect.
