This is a Remote Positionnn nn Overall Responsibilities nn Partner closely with Product Management, Engineering and Operations leaders to deliver medium-to-large scale projects and initiatives Monitor project tasks, milestones, updates throughout the project lifecycle providing timing updates to key stakeholders and leaders.
Identify and lead cross-functional standardization and process improvement initiatives within Operations.
Mentor other members of the team in effective project management techniques and learnings Develop/refine project playbooks and standard operating procedures to support day-to-day operations nn Need to have nn Bachelor’s Degree 5+ years experience as a Project or Program Manager Proven success in delivering projects of various size and scope, on time Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively across multiple stakeholders Proficiency in Google Suite or Microsoft Office products nn Nice to have: nn PMP certification Six Sigma certification Experience driving process improvement with technology n n Job Requirements: n nnREMOTE POSITIONnn
