Goldman Sachs Ayco Financial Wellness Ayco provides superior one-on-one financial planning and education to a wide variety of clients in areas such as retirement, investing, budgeting, employee benefits, insurance, income taxes, and estate planning completely over the phone via prescheduled appointments and/or inbound calls.

We are currently seeking experienced candidates with exceptional management and organizational skills from diverse backgrounds and experiences. The VP of Workforce Management will serve as the functional expert for the tools, systems and software related to scheduling, capacity and the Coaching Contact Center and will be responsible for system maintenance and user training. The VP will forecast and report on business metrics and direct the scheduling process to ensure that the appropriate staffing requirements are met and work with senior leadership to ensure adequate staffing based on capacity forecasting.

RESPONSIBILITIES AND QUALIFICATIONS

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Ensure the business is optimizing coach capacity by analyzing historical trends and future projections to create forecasting, scheduling, and staffing plans and provide management with timely and effective reporting to manage the business.
  • Oversee coach scheduling processes and team responsible for them.
  • Manage systems and software related to the scheduling process and contact center including liaising with vendors, ongoing system maintenance and user training:
    • TimeTrade – Online appointment scheduling tool
    • Amazon Connect – Cloud-based client contact center
    • Verint – Data mining software
    • eMite – Data analytics platform
  • Coordinate and communicate with relevant internal stakeholders (Client Support, Technology & Engineering, ERM, etc.).
  • Create and maintain internal work processes, policies, and procedures related to the scheduling process and contact center.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • At least 5 years related experience in logistics and workforce management in a contact center environment and with relevant systems and software
  • Excellent organizational and problem solving skills
  • Strong analytical skills, creative thinking, critical reasoning and intellectual curiosity
  • Strong ability to lead and partner in cross-functional teams
  • Ability to communicate clearly and persuasively both verbally and in writing
  • Awareness of workforce management industry trends and best practices
  • Good working knowledge of Excel and other windows-based programs with the ability to organize data for presentation
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
