Compliance Investigations Manager (Finance)ResponsibilitiesThe Compliance Investigations Manager is responsible for the strategic and tactical development, implementation and maintenance of the UCLA Health Office of Compliance Services Investigations Program.
In this role, you will provide oversight for ongoing activities related to the investigative audit and investigations activities that occur at UCLA Health.
You will not only be responsible for the performance and oversight of complex investigations, but you will also support the development of system-wide incident responses to prevent future incidents from re-occurring.
In addition, you will investigate compliance related allegations reported through the Chief Compliance Officer, and provide direct compliance investigations support.
This role will serve to advance the effectiveness of UCLA Health’s Compliance Program by providing professional support to the Compliance Department leadership.Qualifications Bachelor’s degree required; Masters, JD, or other advanced degree preferred Certification in CHC, CPC, CPC-H, CCS, or CCSP preferred; if you do not have certification, you will be required to obtain certification within 18 months of hire 5+ years investigation experience required, preferably in healthcare or compliance in an academic medical center setting Working knowledge of Federal healthcare program requirements and/or knowledge of investigation, clinical, legal, auditing or other compliance experience UCLA is an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action employer.
