Hylink is looking for an Account Executive to join our growing Hylink USA team based in Los Angeles. We are looking for individuals who have established experience in the field of digital marketing, and are great communicators with a sharp creative edge. Hylink is China’s largest independent digital communications and media agency. Founded in 1994, and headquartered in Beijing, China, Hylink now has offices located in China, Seoul, Los Angeles, New York, France, London and Munich. Hylink works with industries of all shapes and sizes. We service direct clients in North America, and China, which makes up most of our core business. We also partner with key media and creative agencies which is paramount to our success.As an Account Executive, you will be the liaison between the agency and the client. Working together with our senior team, the Account Executive will be responsible for the day-to-day client account operations, contribute to the creative branding strategy process, and utilize analytical skills to drive strategic advertising recommendations. You will evangelize new Hylink products and technologies throughout the agency, and develop and manage strong relationships with internal agency influencers and decision-makers. Your knowledge of online media combined with your communication skills and analytical abilities shapes how new and existing business grows.Reporting directly to senior agency staff, you will learn the skills necessary to succeed in advertising, as well as understand emerging business models as they happen. You will be involved with a team of fast-paced, multitasking high-achievers, covering training across programmatic, digital, industry analysis, and client service. You will develop influential, relationship-building skills, learn to provide Hylink-caliber client service, and fully grasp research and market analysis. You will anticipate how decisions are made, and persistently explore and uncover the business needs of Hylink’s key partners and objectivesResponsibilitiesCoordinate day-to-day as well as long-term schedules of key agency management.Execute self-service platform campaign buys with training (eg. Google, Facebook, etc.).Conduct competitive, industry, or client research for presentations, pitches, or industry analysis.Develop briefs, client reports, and key agency documentation in a timely manner.Assist various senior staff in execution of internal agency projects.Develop client-facing relationship and servicing skills to better provide efficient deployment to our partners and clients.Help manage daily business of account(s) with responsibility for ensuring that work is completed on-time and on-budget.Support the execution of strategy, provide brand stewardship and maintain strong client satisfaction on assigned brand(s).Responsible for weekly timesheet submissions.Preferred Qualifications2 years experience in an agency, with e-commerce/Shopify a plus.A graduate of a Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Associate’s degree program in any related field, or focused on Business, Communications, Marketing, or Market Research fields.A deep understanding of the industry’s issues, a vision for its growth, and a commitment to advance Hylink’s forward-looking strategies within the marketplace.Balanced team player dedicated to client service.Strong presentation, analytical and problem solving skills.Demonstrated ability to lead and manage multiple projects with a broad range of internal and external constituents simultaneously.Demonstrated ability to think strategically about complex issues and develop recommendations and action plans.
